Training better their representatives. Loan officers such as, Kelsey and Hillary need to understand that they make a living servicing clients. They both need to understand that they must show respect for all clients. They both are no welcoming. This bank is loosing money because of their poor customer service.

They reported incorrect information to the credit bureaus and I guess it takes an act of Congress to get them to correct the information. Been battling this for 5 months and getting nothing bit a run around. Now my daughter is going through a similar situation. Think twice before using ANB for a loan or credit card.

Trying to help me daughter who put herself in a bad situation on her car loan. The most unknowledgeable,unhelpful hate filled special assets workers I have ever seen. Supervisors are idiots that should never be allowed to speak on behalf of a business. Don’t EVER finance a car here!!!!

I have been banking here since I moved to Amarillo over 4 years ago, both business and personal. Everything was good until the new online banking rolled out recently. It’s awful, not an upgrade at all, definitely a downgrade. I can no longer see pending items to my account that I used to be able to see. They also won’t post PayPal instant transfers instantly, so my money just goes into limbo for a day. I used to be able to see my transfers immediately, now not until the next day.
