Released truck title to wrong entity in wrong state at wrong address, after confirming multiple times they had the correct information. I was offered $5 and instructions on how to obtain a duplicate title from the DMV, that’s it. The DMV paperwork was also incorrectly filled out. After badgering them about wasting my time they finally gave me a $50 gift card to get me out the door.
Three months since I paid of my car loan and ANB still hasn’t released the lien on the car. I don’t understand how they can stay in operation.
