I'm really passed off because my mom passed and put my daughter as a beneficiary only 800 just for the bank to take it and leaving us poor without.
Customer Service has gone downhill.

I have had a car note with this bank since April 2020. I have had NOTHING but issues. If you pay your car insurance ONE day late they will make you jump through hoops to verify you have coverage and if it’s someone who’s had a bad day you’re stuck with the bank adding their own insurance coverage which DOUBLES your car note. Even after getting it fixed it’s IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund. They require it to go forward on your payments. By far the worst bank I’ve ever gotten a car loan through. Do not recommend.

Regarding the car loan department, it would be nice if they could work with individuals during a family crisis such as cancer, but we were only advised to sell the vehicle. Life happens.
