I am VERY dissappointed that City Bank is now charging $5 per month per account to have a paper statement mailed. That's ridiculous. The more I have in deposits, the more they can lend, but they are charging me for a statement that probably costs them $1.50 to print and mail. I'm not a fan!
I have citybank account to save money for pay bill. Today I have paycheck and I talk to teller I WANT TO CASH IT!!!!!!!!!! I'm already sign my paycheck and give to teller too. She took my paycheck and draw my money from my account too. What is that mean?!!!! She took my paycheck + she draw my money from my account too!!!! If she do that, better I keep my paycheck and I draw money from my account myself at atm without I'm go to bank!!! DO NOT give City Bank your business! My husband is a City Bank customer and while he was eating at a restaurant across from campus they towed his car from the parking lot. The parking lot was empty when his car was towed. HORRIBLE way to treat a customer. We will be changing our business.
Closing my account with City bank. I banked here for several years and made to feel like my business just doesn't mean anything. Sad day. Happy State Bank is excited to help me out.
