they just closed my accounts based off a lie one of their employees told them didn't even bother to look at the video footage like they said they did otherwise I wouldn't be here complaining. these people suck don't trust them
BUYER BE WARE!!!!!! DO NOT GET A MORTGAGE FROM THIS BANK! Their loss draft department is a joke. And their motgage management company they use (Dovenmuchle) is a cluster $#@& they dont listen and you should expect to have to call them 4+ times to get anything done. I Highly advise that you record (if legal in your area) all phone calls you make to them because the dont ever seem to know who you talked to last time and there are never any saved notes in the system.
City Bank recently terminated a young lady working her way through Texas Tech two (2) days before her promised $1000 bonus for a full year’s employment. No reprimand, no bad reviews. What a crappy way to treat a student who had been loyal to them. No wonder banks and bankers are despised !
Never before have I been so humiliated and belittled at a business. A shirt I had on offended a bank officer at the 4th street location. I had a bank officer come out of his office and make a scene in front of several employees and customers. If you have a problem with me or anyone else, please pull them aside and resolve the issue versus yelling and throwing your job title around. And no, I don't want your business card... Norval!
