I have been banking here since I was 14. I was APPALLED at the service I witnessed today. I was at 5506 4th Street. A man by the name Sunny was speaking to my mother and another man we were with. His condescending tone and asinine manor were disgusting. Speaking about someone with disabilities instead of speaking to them is ridiculous. Questioning their “capabilities” is just rude. I will be calling Monday.
RecommendedI have been a City Bank customer for over 10 years. Loved it until I have now had to wait over an hour on hold due to being locked out of my account online. Finally hung up because I had to leave for work. My direct deposit is still missing from my account and has always showed up Friday morning at midnight every two weeks. Can't seem to get a response. I moved recently to Colorado but wanted to stay with City Bank because of the past services they have provided me. Guess it's time to start looking for a new Bank here.... read more
No After hours phone support is ridiculous, Not being Able to make Large purchases without first telling my bank is RIDICULOUS! This bank is ridiculous, I'm trying to run a business here and you are hindering my progress.
Been a City bank member for roughly 15 years, but have had a plethora of problems within the past 6 months. I've held savings, checkings, loans and have always been quite pleased, but things have changed recently. Tried to open a new account and was hit with sales tactics for a new loan. Had my card shut off for no reason and no warning. I think after 15 years it's time to try a different bank. I will be moving all of my accounts.
Citibank is by far the worst bank, I have ever dealt with in my life!
