They were very helpful in getting all of the parts I needed to replace valves on out tanks. Super friendly, and asked questions so that I got what I needed.
The guys in OKC store let me walk out without informing me that I needed another part. I guess they assumed I already had it. A good parts person would have asked if I had the correct power supply. The bad thing about it is I am fixing to open up another business which will require one or two new sprayers. If I don't deal with Paul, who is the only one in the store who will tell you straight up if he has any knowledge of a product and who knows more than any of the others including the parts manager, I will turn around an... read more
