I bought a dual 100 gallon tank spray rig from the Abilene location. The tank came with a hole in it and the outside of the hose had damage. Called multiple times to set up an appointment. Never could get them to set a firm time. I finally had one of my employees just take it up there and drop it off. After a couple of weeks of having it they got it fixed. Had a water wagon in for repairs. Things were not going perfectly so I contacted Shane first who then got the store manager Kelly involved. From that point on things went very fast and perfectly. If all always went perfectly it wouldn't mater who you buy from. Sometimes you get confirmation you picked the right people when things don't go perfectly. I would refer these folks without hesitation. I think this is a good company.

My husband is wanting to purchase a Tractor he has been researching online for over a week now. He called Wylie Implement today to speak with a salesman and get some pricing, they gave him the salesman's phone number to call... he did and the salesman told him he works when he wants and was not at work and could not provide him with any pricing? As first time tractor owners we sure appreciate the post purchase support we have received . Both Kelly and David have been invaluable to us. We have only had our tractor a short time but thus far we are very pleased with the Mahindra brand.

Friendly people, but I dislike the fact they no longer sell or service Mahindra tractors. This was a blessing, as a more local repair shop fixed it quickly and inexpensively.
