After working in banking for several years and personally having to move banks several times because of corporate sell-outs, Western Bank is BY FAR the superior local bank in Lubbock. When you call, an actual person answers-isn't that just amazing. The App is fantastic. The customer service is beyond expectation. Highly recommend!
