Decent bank, nothing to gripe about with the staff, they are courteous. Not convenient that they aren’t open at least a few hours on Saturdays. If you work long hours during the week, better try to cut out some time somehow to make it up to the bank before they close. A self service ATM would be convenient for weekend transactions, deposits etc for people who don’t work within “normal time frames”. Also, the app is not the greatest and glitches quite a lot and not as informative as I’d like.
Love thos bank! I have been with them for a few years now and the staff is always very friendly. I have moved to Corpus Christ but I still bank with them and have never had any issues even being out of town. Thank you Western Bank for making banking easy!
