Origionally i gave four stars but sadly its not deserved. This facility is a rip off & although they gave me a script i was able to wear….Its not fair that after spending $565 to get lenses made in the frames i brought in myself, i cant even get a replacement. This is due to there 1 year warranty on scratched lenses. I had absolutely no idea my lenses would of scratched the way they did being that id always take care of them by putting them in a case. The receptionist could be better but even tho we had trouble communicating she called me personally n apologized the doctors at this center are great, but having to deal with the receptionist is a nightmare and my only reason I don’t like calling this center. Never spoke to someone so unenthusiastic and sounding like they hate their job. If Amy picks up she great, but not the main receptionist- don’t like to call and deal with her.
Dr. Zimmerman is a fantastic doctor that cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable regarding her craft! Whether it is a fitting for specialized eye glasses to reduce headaches and dizziness or simply explaining complicated medical issues- she is absolutely fantastic. I have recommended her to many of my friends and colleagues! Life changing!
I had this progressive dizziness with tiredness. Every year I would have to take more and more naps during the day. I got tests from all sorts of specialists, including a sleep study and much more. Then my wife heard about cutting edge optometry and the few in the country who could do it. What a blessing that I came here for care that completely cured the problem with prisms in my eyeglasses. It was a godsend.
DR. ZIMMERMAN SAVED MY LIFE!! This is not an exaggeration I was having terrible issues with balance, coordination, dizziness, headaches, and double vision to the point where I couldn’t drive, work, or walk unassisted.
