Dr. Zimmerman and the staff at the Neuro Visual Center of New York are exemplar eye professionals! Best eye exam I’ve ever had, I’m leaving feeling like my prescription and glasses are correct for the first time in years. For months, I suffered from debilitating eye pain and double vision. I couldn’t drive, couldn’t look at screens, experienced constant dizziness, and was extremely sensitive to light. Absolutely the best specialty optometrist you will find on the East Coast!! I've been a patient for a few years so this review is long overdue but Dr. Zimmerman's expertise and compassion are unmatched! I have been to every specialty practice you can imagine for my neurovisual conditions and Dr.Zimmerman was the ONLY doctor out of dozens who was able to help me. Wherever you are located they are worth the travel and the wait. Dr. Zimmerman THANK YOU for giving me a large part of my life back!!!
This place offer no help and it’s really a rip off, I am A stroke patient and I have a lefteye Field cut because of that ., I Paid over $1000 out of my pocket, Thinking that my vision would be better to Regain my l Complete Vision, But Still could not figure out how to use these prism glasses it’s been almost 4 months, there was no training given to me how to work and make adjustments with these Glasses since this is something very new and needs a lot of adjustments for practice,, when I call back and ask for any sessions ab... read more
Origionally i gave four stars but sadly its not deserved. This facility is a rip off & although they gave me a script i was able to wear….Its not fair that after spending $565 to get lenses made in the frames i brought in myself, i cant even get a replacement. This is due to there 1 year warranty on scratched lenses. I had absolutely no idea my lenses would of scratched the way they did being that id always take care of them by putting them in a case.
