Very positive experience. Spicer Brothers just replaced my roof and I couldn't be happier. The crew showed up on time and finished the job almost a full day earlier than estimated. They covered the bushes around the house, worked hard, and took great care in their clean up. I received a very detailed and professional proposal which was 10% less than the other estimates. Our experience with Spicer Bros. was very good. They replaced our entire roof after storm damage. Since we are a church our roof was fairly large, Spicer has the manpower to handle these buildings. Spicer Brothers installed a new roof on my house. They were fast and professional. My roof was installed in about 5 hours. I would recommend them to anyone. They kept me informed from the estimate until they were done with the roof.
Having owned a plumbing contracting company in DC for thirty years, I understand the attention to details. The crew that did our roof, headed up by project manager Brandon Riggin did everything right. Our extensive landscaping around the house was protected and not one plant was damaged.
