Spicer Brothers was excellent in every way. Getting a new roof is expensive but they were reasonable and upfront about the cost. They offer a discount for you if someone refers you to them. They are professional attentive and perform high-quality work. Nate, the project manager was on site both days and he kept me aware of issues as they came up and corrected them immediately. We needed new roofs for our house and detached garage and decided to get several estimates. Our first estimate was scheduled with Spicer Bros. and Matthew Wallace was the consultant who came to our home. We were expecting a high-pressure sales pitch, but thankfully, the meeting was nothing like that at all. Matthew was professional and knowledgeable, yet easy-going and friendly. On a Monday, David W. & Doug {dynamic duo} came to remove the A Frame Pitch – it looks like there was never one previously at all. They removed the gutters & tarped the area so there would be no condensation build up. Both gentlemen were so nice, kind, and informative of their work. The entire process was fantastic. If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The crew was able to come out and get everything done in 1 day. Joe E. was a pleasure to work with during the sales process. He explained the product, pricing, warranty and job clearly. Brandon R. came to my house telling me how the installation would be done and what his expectations were for his crew.
