Spicer Brothers was excellent in every way. Getting a new roof is expensive but they were reasonable and upfront about the cost. They offer a discount for you if someone refers you to them. They are professional attentive and perform high-quality work. Nate, the project manager was on site both days and he kept me aware of issues as they came up and corrected them immediately. Our first estimate was scheduled with Spicer Bros. and Matthew Wallace was the consultant who came to our home. We are very happy with Spicer Bros and their installation of a new roof on our home. We were able to upgrade at no extra cost to shingles that reflect sunlight and should keep our attic 20-30% cooler. They installed the roof within a few weeks after we went to contract and completed the job within 1-1/2 days. And it looks great! On a Monday, David W. & Doug {dynamic duo} came to remove the A Frame Pitch – it looks like there was never one previously at all. They removed the gutters & tarped the area so there would be no condensation build up. Both gentlemen were so nice, kind, and informative of their work.
