We needed new roofs for our house and detached garage and decided to get several estimates. Our first estimate was scheduled with Spicer Bros. and Matthew Wallace was the consultant who came to our home. Matt did a great job presenting and providing options for a new roof. Brandon and crew really shined during the installation process. He explained the different steps as they proceeded. The entire process was fantastic. If I could give 10 stars I would! Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable and prompt. The crew was able to come out and get everything done in 1 day. Joe E. was a pleasure to work with during the sales process. He explained the product, pricing, warranty and job clearly. Brandon R. came to my house telling me how the installation would be done and what his expectations were for his crew. The day of the installation he arrived before the crew and stayed till he was satisfied with their progress on the roof replacement. He came back later that day to check on their progress. A year ago I received several quotes for work on our home among them Spicer brothers who offered a price match. They refused saying they use different materials essentially meaning they can’t price anybody. A bogus claim. I went back to them latter to accept the job and they told me sorry we can’t give you what you are asking for. Essentially saying we don’t want your business after providing even after providing a quote for the job. Fast forward a year I inquired as a Veteran retiree if I qualified for their Vet program.
