The ladies working there are great. Inside is very inviting. I needed a cashiers check fast and last minute, I called just about every other bank, and none wanted to help, most were rude and dismissive, but the girls here helped me right away, they jumped into action, and real talk,saved my butt! Cant thank them enough.

If i could leave no stars i would, the agent was very rude. Dealership just needed a cashiers check, they would not provide it after i was already approved. They make banking extremely difficult i would stay away from them. Try DATCU they are so much better

5 stars for Jessica Valencia, Daniella Madrid, and Sheila Winn! I recently opened an account and auto loan it was the quickest and easiest process ever. They all deserve HUGE raises and bonuses.

It's the worst credit union I have ever dealt with. Poor customer service. Not will to work with customers. Sorry, I ever opened an account with them .holding funds for 2 weeks when they know that the funds are there . Just to screw the customers. Now that's great service.

SW 66 is hands down the best financial institution I have been a member of. They are always friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented. I feel like they truly care and I will be having other members of my personal family switch over to join the SW 66 Credit Union family soon!
