I took my truck in for a wash and after I got home I realized it was still dirty and had smudges everywhere, the person drying with a towel did not do a very well job either. I paid for the “best” wash but it was horrible . Dont recommend.
My car was completely dirty in the back. I returned 10 minutes after washing it to have it washed again and they told me that by company policy they can only wash it if I have not left that place, that if I want it to be clean I must pay again.
🙂i like the place and staff is friendly but I don’t know about these Midland bugs. I have to visit the car wash every other day to keep my car, the grill and interior clean. Just one thing, Even by visiting this often the front grill doesn’t get cleaned all the way. I still got big juice and I requested “bug cleaner “ I will still continue the membership for both Audi vehicles and give it a longer try. I do recommend this place. Maybe is the type of grill my vehicle has 😃
Will hold you up for 20 minutes after the interior detail is complete. Rude staff and manager. Bad customer service.
Austin was so cool and very particular when it came to making sure my car was absolutely clean and his mannerism is so kind, I definitely had a better day after my interaction with him.
