Excellent job. Everything Luis told me would be done during the old roof removal and the installation of the new roof was performed. A few needed repair’s were only visible once the old roof was removed. Those repairs were made without any additional cost to me. I would definitely recommend Schrader Roofing for anyone needing a new roof. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Luis Menjivar and the work crew that replaced our roof as well as cleaning up. Luis is a man of his word. Luis saw that everything was done properly as he promised. From upgrading us to Class 4 shingles, replacing a skylight to insure there were no issues and replacing/upgrading attic fans, we couldn’t have been more pleased. Thank you for a job well done.
So the evening of May 31, 2024 we had an unexpected hail event come through Hobbs, New Mexico. On Sunday, June 2 Luis Menjivar stopped by and we visited about his company potentially replacing our roof when the time came. Luis Has been professional from the beginning.
