Such a friendly staff. Everyone I’ve had an encounter with made sure I understood everything Very patient and informative. I’m usually anxious at any Drs office but I’m so comfortable at the spine institute. 10/10
Got me in promptly. Everyone is extremely kind & Dr. Koval genuinely cares about his patients & is also very nice and addressed any issues I had. Very professional. I would recommend their services to everyone cause of my experience with them.
I just recently started going to the Midland Spine Indtitute and have had two procedures done for neck and shoulder pain. I have been very impressed with the staff and their caring attitude, professionalism, knowledge, organization, and promptness. Dr. Koval listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. I really do like Dr. Koval as he explains problems well and has a very kind manner. My procedure was scheduled quickly and was done professionally and without issue. The office staff and nurses are super nice as well and I always feel comfortable when I am there; highly recommend.
As a 66 year old plumber who has abused my back for decades this was possibly the best health decision I’ve made. Friendly, informative, and respectful in all aspects of my visit and treatment.
