The office is clean and beautiful; the staff is approachable and friendly; and Dr. Koval is exceptional, both in caring and expertise. One cannot ask for more when seeking treatment from a health care provider and his staff.

I just recently started going to the Midland Spine Indtitute and have had two procedures done for neck and shoulder pain. I have been very impressed with the staff and their caring attitude, professionalism, knowledge, organization, and promptness. Dr. Koval listens to my concerns and answers all my questions.
