I love this pain clinic. You always feel welcome from the minute you check in to the time you leave. Emily is compassionate and actually listens to you. The nurses are very professional and helpful. Dr. Koval is the very best with diagnostics and procedures. Couldn’t ask for better care.

Always fast and professional. I see Emily Combs when I need anything and she is great. Very patient and understanding. Dr. Koval is very talented and does all the injections and other procedures. Both are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy I found this place.

After my first visit, I understand why the reviews for Midland Spine Institute are so good. The office is clean and beautiful; the staff is approachable and friendly; and Dr. Koval is exceptional, both in caring and expertise. One cannot ask for more when seeking treatment from a health care provider and his staff.

The staff are very kind . They let you know everything that is going to be done. Very polite and carrying. The procedure is done in a separate room, very sterile. You are informed step by step by the doctor
