Got me in promptly. Everyone is extremely kind & Dr. Koval genuinely cares about his patients & is also very nice and addressed any issues I had. Very professional. I would recommend their services to everyone cause of my experience with them.
I really do like Dr. Koval as he explains problems well and has a very kind manner. My procedure was scheduled quickly and was done professionally and without issue. The office staff and nurses are super nice as well and I always feel comfortable when I am there; highly recommend.
I just recently started going to the Midland Spine Indtitute and have had two procedures done for neck and shoulder pain. I have been very impressed with the staff and their caring attitude, professionalism, knowledge, organization, and promptness. Dr. Koval listens to my concerns and answers all my questions. Unfortunately, I’ve been going here for a few years. I say unfortunately because that means I’ve been in pain. They have always treated me with respect and dignity, which can sometimes feel is lost. They don’t just push pills down your throat and their goal is to get you pain free without the use of chronic medications. Highly recommend Dr Koval and his team.
Very good staff, very professional and with a calming sense, constantly making sure that you’re comfortable, the Doctor explains every step along the way, for the first time of having this procedure done they kept me at ease, making it a great experience, I recommend them to anyone having back pain.
