The staff and the Dr are such nice people. They made me feel heard because they didn’t rush; they took their time and looked me in the eye so I knew they were listening. The Dr was through and explained things to me very well. He had a great “bedside manner”. The nurse was kind and helpful with the questions I had for her. I would 100% recommend this spine institute.
I love this pain clinic. You always feel welcome from the minute you check in to the time you leave. Emily is compassionate and actually listens to you. The nurses are very professional and helpful. Dr. Koval is the very best with diagnostics and procedures. Couldn’t ask for better care.
Front staff has literally made this office so unprofessional. My mother had an appointment a month ago. Still waiting on MRI orders. Tired calling 2 weeks voicemails never returned. Now they're stating to download an app. That doesn't work. Had to call the Lubbock office yesterday which actually answered & helped even apologized for the Midland office being short staff. My experience today was great. They got me in quickly and could not have been more helpful and efficient. My procedure was practically painless, although I was really dreading it initially. I like the way Dr. Koval explains everything before he does it so there are no surprises. I highly recommend this clinic if you are having chronic pain.
Always fast and professional. I see Emily Combs when I need anything and she is great. Very patient and understanding. Dr. Koval is very talented and does all the injections and other procedures. Both are excellent and I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy I found this place.
