I have never been more disrespected as a patient as I have been with Dr. Yazindani's nurse practitioner and nurse. I absolutely love Dr. Yazindani he has the best bedside manner and the few times I have seen him have been wonderful. However, I can't say that for the rest of his team. My wife was referred for spinal stenosis. After consultation she received a spinal injection. The same day her pain became completely unmanageable and I took her to the UMC ER. I called the clinic and received the after hours service on two separate occasions while en route to the ER and after arriving there. She was admitted to the hospital where we spent six nights. I usually don’t have many issues here. My experiences have been just ok. I had the intercept procedure done on Wednesday. I came out of the procedure in excruciating pain. The anesthesiologist was great. She helped me get the pain to a manageable place for me to get home. Prior to leaving the surgery center I asked for pain meds and muscle relaxers. I have been with Dr. Sahinler for 20 years and have had the absolute best pain management care. He is patient, considerate and genuinely concerned about taking care of you. I am very appreciative of the care he has given me all these years. I can't imagine having any other pain management doctor. His physician assistant and staff of nurses have also shown me the same level of care and concern.
My mom was referred here and I was so concerned about all the poor reviews. I’m not sure where those people went but we absolutely loved it here. The front desk was kind. The nurse was so sweet and caring. Dr H was completely wonderful. I highly recommend going here! Ignore the negative reviews!
