I absolutely love these folks! From the receptionist to the approval office! Absolutely the best! I've been seeing Dr Yazadani for 10 plus years. He has been the best! He's taken care of all my pain problems. Searched for reason and fixed the problem so far !!! If you are in pain this is the place to be! All the doctors their assistants the nurses and office staff are dedicated to easing your pain or ending your pain.I absolutely love these folks! If you had a problem tell them! No Stars if i could! I wouldn't recommend them at all. You can't tell them how you feel about the treatment you are getting. If you speak negative about it they will just decline further services to you. Sheri Nicholas (Family Nurse Practitioner) was very unprofessional. Our Doctor was Yazdani. Within the year we saw him like twice in the clinic. The other times we saw Sheri. The only other times we would see the doctor was before a procedure was performed, which was like a minute visit.
Gross Mismanagement. I arrived, waited an hour and 15 minutes past my appt, then asked about the wait time. I was told usually people wait MUCH longer than just an hour, but that I was next. 3 more people were called back, and then the front desk called my name and asked if I had my paperwork. I said yes. The front desk person said "That's why. You were supposed to bring it back up here." With an attitude. Absolutely Outstanding Care at Lubbock Spine Dr. Dalley and NP Hang Trinh are by far some of the best providers I’ve ever seen. After years of dealing with chronic back and neck pain, I was referred to Lubbock Spine. They will get you in pretty easily initially but once you’re a patient they’re not going to help you. I’ve called in so much pain trying to get help and they tell me they can’t see me for 10+ days. They won’t call you in any meds unless you come in and be seen (a week or more after your pain starts). You’re better off just going to the ER for help because that’s what I have to do EVERY SINGLE TIME I am in pain. They have never helped me when I called. Ever.
