They will get you in pretty easily initially but once you’re a patient they’re not going to help you. I’ve called in so much pain trying to get help and they tell me they can’t see me for 10+ days. They won’t call you in any meds unless you come in and be seen (a week or more after your pain starts). You’re better off just going to the ER for help because that’s what I have to do EVERY SINGLE TIME I am in pain. They have never helped me when I called. Ever. Trust all of the bad reviews of this place. I was sent here for pain... read more

This office just cares about getting paid! After treatment here I was left worse then when I first went in. When asked to help was told they wouldn't see me unless I brought my balance current. When I hadn't even received a bill. So much for improving my quality of life. I wouldn't ring my dog here!

Absolutely Outstanding Care at Lubbock Spine Dr. Dalley and NP Hang Trinh are by far some of the best providers I’ve ever seen. After years of dealing with chronic back and neck pain, I was referred to Lubbock Spine. I’ll admit, after reading some of the online reviews, I was skeptical—but after over a year of treatment, I can confidently say this place is phenomenal. Dr. Dalley is a true professional. He takes the time to explain every procedure thoroughly and makes sure I’m comfortable and informed. Every visit has been s... read more

I had an appointment april 21. They had me sign paperwork about medication before I was even seen. Whe I said I didn't want to sign it until I knew what was being done, I was told I couldn't see the dr without it. When I asked the PA I was told it was in reference to meds my primary prescribed and discussed. I don't have pain meds from my primary!! I was supposed to be called to schedule an MRI and it still hasn't been done. This place has been a big disappointment

The doctors at this office are fantastic—once you can actually get in to see them. Unfortunately, the office management and scheduling process make it nearly impossible to access the care you need in a timely manner. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment for months, leaving multiple messages and following all their instructions, only to be met with slow responses, unreturned calls, and dismissive attitudes. It’s beyond frustrating to have to fight just to get a procedure scheduled, especially when clear communication ... read more
