The bank itself is great. Mostly everyone is friendly, except this one lady. She’s a teller and every single time I go in, she’s always so short with me and questions everything I need done. Mind you I have the authorization on all the accounts they have. Even on one that I’m a co-owner of (same last names and same address on file). Okay. I am getting divorced. I came in and paid off my car in full. Talked to the branch manager specifically and said I must have the title Lein released so my divorce could finish. Went out of town for 2 weeks. Came back and nobody clicked a simple button with the Secretary of State website so here I am. One month has gone by with no title.
