I would like to make a comment on the people of Lubbock national bank! They are one of the most professional group of business people with a more personal touch that I have seen!!! I’m an older man and they are always nice to me and helpful! I would like to mention a few names ! Filipe Duran ! Preston Julian ! Trevor Burke ! Devin back !!!! The bank itself is great. Mostly everyone is friendly, except this one lady. She’s a teller and every single time I go in, she’s always so short with me and questions everything I need done. Mind you I have the authorization on all the accounts they have. Even on one that I’m a co-owner of (same last names and same address on file). Okay. I am getting divorced. I came in and paid off my car in full. Talked to the branch manager specifically and said I must have the title Lein released so my divorce could finish. Went out of town for 2 weeks. Came back and nobody clicked a simple button with the Secretary of State website so here I am. One month has gone by with no title. The set up for my loan was very painless and Manuel was very helpful and understanding, the paperwork was prompt. He showed me the paperwork and explained how it works and got me the best rate that they have.
