Every interaction I've had at this entity has been filled with oopsies & blunders from their poorly trained employees. The bank takes zero accountability for their actions. Very disappointed in their customer service as well. There is only one person that we dealt with that was conscientious & kind...David.
Had a really great experience here. Ivana helped me put getting an auto loan. Was very helpful and responsive. Got everything set up I only had to go in sign paper work and left out the door in 5 minutes.
