This bank was super helpful and absolutely amazing. The atmosphere, I was automatically greeted and helped despite me looking like a lost puppy. They gave me a great shot and because of them. I have a bank to put money in again! Britten, and Mercedes (forgive me if I misspelled their names)— they were extremely helpful just like the high ranking teller I spoke to in private.
I just wanted to thank Britton for being an amazing customer service representative. His kind nature and understanding of my situation is unmeasured. He went out of his way to work with me and I am so thankful for him. Also, I think her name is Peggy, did an amazing job at helping me as well. The kindness y’all show your customers is amazing. It does not go un noticed. Thank you Lubbock national for all that you do. You guys rock!!!!
This place is my favorite place to go, the people here are always polite and willing to help however needed. Mercedes did a great getting me another account there and informing me things I didn’t know, including Britton. They definitely made me feel better about my decision to do business with them.
Britton helped us set up my teenager’s first checking account. He was friendly, patient and kind. He went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend this bank and this branch!!
We had a perfect visit on 5/30/25 to assist my parents in getting on their account. This was made possible by the great personal touch by Brian Linares. Brian bent over backwards to accomplish this task. LNB is lucky to have such a wonderful and dedicated employee with Brian Linares. Thanks Brian.
