Britton was outstanding! He greeted me with a smile and offered assistance the minute I walked in. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the banks info. Also, he made sure I got a Texas Tech debit card.😊 Thanks for such great customer service!!!

I called Lubbock National Bank today to inquire about a transfer of funds. I spoke with a young man who was informative, and patiently answered all my questions! He was polite, professional, courteous, and friendly. It reminded me of how banking was in the past. This young man was Jackson Knapper. I hope his management and the Ware family know what an outstanding asset he is to their organization!! Anita Walker

You are greeted the moment that you entered the door. The guy at the front desk are always prompt to handle all your banking needs tells you always on point taking care of everything you need done management as well. All these guys deserve a raise, customer satisfaction, number one.

I just wanted to thank Britton for being an amazing customer service representative. His kind nature and understanding of my situation is unmeasured. He went out of his way to work with me and I am so thankful for him. Also, I think her name is Peggy, did an amazing job at helping me as well. The kindness y’all show your customers is amazing.
