You are greeted the moment that you entered the door. The guy at the front desk are always prompt to handle all your banking needs tells you always on point taking care of everything you need done management as well. All these guys deserve a raise, customer satisfaction, number one.
This bank was super helpful and absolutely amazing. The atmosphere, I was automatically greeted and helped despite me looking like a lost puppy. They gave me a great shot and because of them. I have a bank to put money in again! Britten, and Mercedes (forgive me if I misspelled their names)— they were extremely helpful just like the high ranking teller I spoke to in private.
I just wanted to thank Britton for being an amazing customer service representative. His kind nature and understanding of my situation is unmeasured. Britton helped us set up my teenager’s first checking account. He was friendly, patient and kind. He went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. Definitely recommend this bank and this branch!!
