anytime I try and do anything at this bank. It's a major problem. I hate big banks, but they keep sending me back to wells fargo Today I couldn't even get a power of attorney signed Guess I'm just gonna come in and close my account try to bank local doesn't work

Merceds had great customer service while helping set up my account
I wouldn’t go to that branch, was insulted and shamed also demeaned by Alisa who takes it upon herself to interject on a private conversation about my account and lie about being in charge of the branch and running me off. All I wanted to know what I can do and resolve my account.. really didn’t appreciate that.. nobody in a bank should ever lie about being in charge.. it sets a bad precedence.
