Britton Knebusch has assisted with our accounts a couple of times now. We appreciate his professionalism, thoroughness and guidance. Also he informed us of services that we were unaware of that will make managing our money in a more secure way.
I wouldn’t go to that branch, was insulted and shamed also demeaned by Alisa who takes it upon herself to interject on a private conversation about my account and lie about being in charge of the branch and running me off. All I wanted to know what I can do and resolve my account.. really didn’t appreciate that.. nobody in a bank should ever lie about being in charge.. it sets a bad precedence.
