These guys went above and beyond to help me. I needed a new key fob programmed. The first one they ordered didn’t work. They ordered another that was more expensive and paid the difference themselves. Since I had to make 3 trips to finally get everything done, they waived the programming cost. Polite, friendly, and helpful folks.
I appreciate their assistance time and time again with my clumsiness of locking myself out of my house. However, it should not cost $60 for the mere service fee. He said 'I'll cut you a deal and only charge the service'.. i would hope so?? And that is not a deal. For less than 15 mins driving, 15 minutes servicing. I wish I had gerry rigged it myself. ~$3 max for a gallon of gas to get you across Lubbock. How much really for 15 mins simply hand labor? $47 to my name. No deal. Thanks Colton 😭
Great service and friendly honest staff. These guys are masters of their trade. They made me two keys from scratch for a lock I did not have keys to. Both keys work as good as new. Extremely reasonable pricing and a quick turnaround time, too!
