Vicki the coordinator handled my call and issue with ease, clarity, and care. Over two days from 2/12/26-2/13/26 i had attempted to reach or get service from 3 different locksmiths from the lubbock region and I ended up pretty disappointed because I couldn't get a call back after i had to navigate their automated systems. I had an extremely pleasant experience with Lubbock Lock & Key. After purchasing a new home, I called them to re-key all of my doors, and from start to finish, the experience was excellent. The lady who answered the phone was friendly, professional, and got me scheduled quickly. The staff was amazing and so sweet! I didn't know what was wrong with my key fob. He took it to the back. Brought it back quickly. Needed a battery. I know it was a simple fix but the service from everyone was amazing. Every customer that was there was treated with the up most respect.
