The staff was amazing and so sweet! I didn't know what was wrong with my key fob. He took it to the back. Brought it back quickly. Needed a battery. I know it was a simple fix but the service from everyone was amazing. Every customer that was there was treated with the up most respect.

Brought in 4 locks that were all difficult to open. After $150 rebuild (they're not cheap locks to begin with) they were just as difficult to open. After struggling to open one, noticed springs were coming out of the tumbler. Took it back to have them fix it, they tried to charge me for the "repair"! Then told me that the problem with the locks was that my key was worn. And they could not get me new ones, " you'll have to go where you purchased the locks". I got a quote for a new key fob and programming and they quoted me $285. This seemed a little steep and so I decided to call around, and Howdy Lock & Key quoted me $190 for a fob that was the exact fob as my original. Lubbock Lock & Key doesn’t even need to be charging that and yet they still do! Moral of the story…call around! Some of these places are just looking for a money grab!
