The staff here is incredibly friendly & welcoming from the moment I walked in the door! Dr. Shelli Wolfe is knowledgeable, caring, & compassionate. She took her time to answer all of my questions & concerns with the feral community kitty that I brought in & said she appreciates people like me that help community kitties. Absolutely great service! My mother took this outdoor cat to get checked on. It was sadly confirmed our cat has cancer and there’s nothing to do. But the workers were great! Super caring and you can see the love they have for these animals. She had to wait a little bit but that’s only because we made no appointment. After the devastating news the workers were nothing but amazing. We also got charged nothing! I recommend going to this place but make sure to make an appointment for less waiting.
Dr. Shelli Wolfe and her team are AMAZING! I took Peanut in for a dental cleaning, 5 baby teeth extractions and a growth removal. When I wasn’t bugging them for updates, they were calling me on their own letting me know how he was doing, even throughout his procedure. They were very patient and understanding of this nervous dog mom! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is looking for a skilled, knowledgeable, caring and compassionate Vet for their pets. I have used Live Oak South for all the screenings and paperwork involved in relocating my dog to Japan. The staff is cheerful and polite and Dr. Chattin is knowledgeable, helpful and genuine. They were all very gentle with my nervous dog. Wait times are average. I picked Live Oak because the cost of relocating is very high, but they were the most reasonable.
