I can not say enough amazing things about Dr. Wolfe and the rest of the staff here. I’m a very picky, very protective Sphynx mama. I brought 3 Sphynx boys here today (from 300+ miles away) to be neutered and they took care of my babies like they were their own. From the care prior to surgery, to ensuring different anesthesia was used to keep them protected, to keeping my boys safe and warm after surgery they took every measure they could to ensure a smooth and positive experience for them (and their human mom). If I could leave zero stars I would! First off my small dog was attacked by three bigger dogs she was badly injured as well as myself. Myself, my daughter and our beloved pet were rushed to where we needed to go because it was an emergency. So I left my 15 year old daughter with our dog at live oak while I went to the hospital for my injuries. Keep in mind it was emergency no purse no money on me. My daughter calls me saying they wouldn’t start working on our possibly dieing dog until they’ve got paid! By that time my husban... read more

These vets are focused on taking your money, not the well being of your pet. Please go anywhere else! Live Oak is responsible for multiple unnecessary animal deaths per year, specifically “Dr.” Caitlin Acker. Very unfortunate that you can’t trust a vet with medical advice. I went in the clinic for a simple exam and my kitten died due to them poisoning him.
