One of the slowest drive thru banks I have ever been to in my life! You will wait atleast 20 minutes! At the minimum! Rather your just cashing or depositing it will take you forever! You can have everything ready to go they still take half your lunch break! This happens every time not just an isolated incident! Then you see the workers at the drive thru just sitting while one does all lanes! Crazy! Unprofessional!
I have been a member of this bank since 2016. This is an amazing bank with amazing customer service. The Interbank app is also very helpful. Interbank has replicated the safety net of a large bank and a family feeling of a small bank.
I work in painting jobs a lot so I go in looking crazy, but, they always treat me the same, with a smile and quick service.
