My husband's been with them since he could open a bank account it was (past tense as of now) his only bank account. when he opened it originally he was too young to open it by himself so he had to have a co-owner of his mother. about a year ago we filled out paperwork to change our address and to take her off of the co-ownership which she signed. we then turned them back into the bank and it was fine until this month when her name magically reappeared on our statement. when we called the bank to ask them why it magically was... read more

Great staff, great atmosphere, and great bank. While I do not personally bank here (yet), my grandmother raves about her experience every time. I especially appreciate the tellers for their willingness to go above and beyond for my grandma every time she comes in with a question or an administrative task that she needs help with. I would recommend this bank over and over again.

Been with them for over 15 years. They are great at charging fees, making things difficult, and needing new debit cards frequently because of fraud issues. Tellers are sweet and will roll eyes and say snarky have a nice day on your way out the door. Annette tries to help though.

5 stars really isn’t enough stars to rate the customer service experience I had with a recent land purchase. They made it incredibly easy for me to buy land and I’m already looking for more to buy and won’t ever think about using anyone else!
