I've been an account holder at Interbank (all the way back to May Avenue Bank) for approximately 50 years as well as my parents before I was born. The bank at NW 49th and May was our main branch during that time. Each visit was always quick, personal, professional and accurate. I was shocked to see such a poor review for the Interbank branch on the Kilpatrick Turnpike. Having just moved farther North I decided to try it. Terrible service! I cash my checks there from my nursing home and when I had an extra $200 from an extra night they called the owners to say my check was larger than normal and they wanted to verify it! I told them I’m a nurse I don’t need to forge paychecks, no wonder they never have any customers at the Memorial location!

This is a awful bank. I cash my payroll check here so I don't have to wait 24hrs for it to post. Everytime I enter this branch and walk up to the counter they take a break and close that line. Honestly I feel like a unwelcome customer that's being treated rudely so I won't come back. I think I'll just wait the 24hrs for my check to post next time

I'm not sure why/how people have had bad experiences. I've banked here for 5+ years and have been very happy with the bank and the staff. Very friendly!

This branch is okay but the fact that their manager Chris Henry wont return my calls is horrible. Very unprofessional.
