I started with Interbank soon after moving here from Arlington 25 years ago. The folks at Interbank are a breath of fresh air after dealing with some of the large national banks in the Metroplex. It is large enough to handle any type of transaction but small enough to intstantly take care of any problem that might arise. I have both business and personal accounts here and would never change. Banks are about the people and Interbank has the people.

This bank provides excellent service with a hometown smile. My debit card was compromised and they turned back several charges I didn't even know about before I made it in to the bank. It only took 10 minutes for them to make me a new card. Out of the country ownership has not changed the the quality of service at this bank. They are spectacular.

Overall decent experience. But if you don’t like having to deal with a card that works when it wants to, and the fact that even though people are in the building come 7 o’clock you won’t get anybody to answer a phone until nine, stay away.

The worst bank ever! if you are in the military do not bank with them because all they do is just cancel your account because you don't live around there anymore. that's what they did to me since I don't live there they closed my account. I'm sorry that I move around every two to three years its called the army life! And I banked with them since 2005
