I've been here for at least 15 years and I'm not sure why anymore.. they're behind on EVERYTHING. I just spent the weekend being locked out of my bank account, no access to money whatsoever. The agent I spoke to said they didn't see anything wrong with my account, and that typically would only happen from entering login credential incorrectly. We have experienced difficulties with this branch since opening our account with Interbank. My last encounter is what helped us decide to close our business account. I would rather take our business elsewhere instead of experiencing discrimination and unfriendly service when I go inside this branch. This is from banking officer, Anabel and only certain branch tellers at the Red Oak location.

There is not a Better Bank than the Interbank on 342 in Red Oak. Their Professionalism, , concern , and Kindness is so appreciated ! Sonja the Operations manager is Always there to help me even when I get locked out of my online banking ( Which is a lot)!!! I would Highly recommend Interbank to Anyone

I've been a customer at this bank for over 5 years. It's the ONLY bank I've ever dealt with, that after you have specifically requested NO OVERDRAFT PROTECTION, chooses to "at their discretion" pay an amount that would overdraft your account & then charge you a fee. If it is at their discretion, it should be at their expense also! I chose not to have overdraft protection to avoid the overdraft fees. It apparently doesn't matter at this bank!

I love Interbank Red Oak! All the staff are exceptional especially the tellers!☺️
