Had been with interbank almost 10 years. Always had no over drafts on my account, they allowed 2 drafts when my account was 0 then proceeded to charge me overdraft fees for 2 months while the account was not being used. Said they tried to call me but I never received any notification from them. Total overdraft was 500$
As a business owner in this town I stopped by to get some change. The teller said I have to have an account there to get change for a $20 bill. When she asked if I had a business in town I answered yes and she asked her manager if I could get some change and his answer was No. Well I called every other bank in town and everyone said to come in without an issue. My husband's and I have banked here for years. They've made easy transitions when needed and are always there with a smile. Mickey is just an awesome person in and out of the office.
The people at this bank have been extremely good to me! I don’t want to bank anywhere else!!
Everyone is very rude..if they smile might break something.
