This bank has been amazing. Such great customer service. But one employee Melody goes way above and beyond. She’s helped me so many times and always a smile on her face. If she says she’s going to do something she always follows up and has amazing customer service. This Midlothian location still has the small town bank feel and I love it.
The staff at this bank are second to none. Not only professionals in their knowledge and delivery of banking services, but also engaging with their personal care of assisting their customers.
