I just wanted to give a shout out to everyone about an employee at the Camp Bowie location (Ali) Alicia she has been so helpful and patient with my mother and I which can be challenging at times for sure. She has always stopped what she was doing no matter how busy she looked or seemed to be, even while eating lunch. She had no problem putting it to the side to help with a smile.

I had some fraud occur on my business account and everyone helped in an extremely thorough and expeditious way. Ali(Alicia) has been very helpful with the implementation of my business account and was helpful in the corrective actions due to fraud. Glad to have a strong supportive team.

Yesterday I needed to call the Camp Bowie location, where I have had personal and business accounts for many years(even before it was acquired by InterBank). Gloria was, as usual, friendly and helpful as she answered my questions. I was reminded once again what a pleasure it is to deal with her - and everyone there!

The ladies at the bank are FABULOUS! Gloria and Alicia are always SO quick to respond and eager to help. I absolutely love this bank and will hold all my accounts here for as long as they let me.

I have banked here since 2006 and i love it. Most of the same people are still there. They always know your name and are very efficient and helpful. Management is great. I have been dealing with Gloria and Sarah forever. And Martha is always very helpful.
