I am so glad this location sent two letters about closing my both accounts instead of I am going to close both accounts. Very disappointed with this location . Wait over 30 minutes to get signature for cashier’s check without any explanation and had to go third floor to get check myself. Over 10 yrs with interbank in oklahoma. Had really good experience there and Glen Rose and Stephenville location. Don’t know why this location and Fort Worth location are so special.
Branch is easily accessible; staff are always friendly and helpful...and the tellers know your name...old school banking in a great location.
By far the best customer service at a bank I’ve ever experienced. I work in service industry at a nicer restaurant where customer first in on the first page of the employee handbook. I value an establishment where the employees greet me when I walk in and make me feel comfortable and appreciated. They’ve got it down.
I've banked here for over a year now, and I only decided to write a review after going to check their Saturday hours and seeing Interbank had a 2.0 review (based on two 1 stars and a 4 star). I also saw the complaints were about customer service, and I've never had any trouble at this bank, and the customer service is always great. Sat on the phone Sat. for 1 hour on hold! Lucky I get free minutes on weekends! Then tried to call 5 more times and just got their recording again and again! If Customer Service is the Lifeblood of your bank as you state. Customer service flourishes and is nourished by it, y'all want be around long!
