Absolutely ridiculous. This bank is leaving signs on peoples cars for a “warning” if you are parked in a sugar and sage/interbank space. I called to let InterBank know that I did in fact go to Sugar and Sage and now I have to deal with a huge green sticker on my car door window. The manager, Sherry, was defensive, rude, argumentative and horrible to deal with. Instead of apologizing, she started arguing with me on the phone and telling me that she has every right to tow me. This bank has a Rude mid 70’ish year old female manager that sits in the first office, totally incapable of deescalating situations, and with a condescending and humiliating tone towards customers. Wow… someone talk to her please. It doesn’t matter which type of business they are conducting, they should be treated with respect. If management wishes to contact me, please post email here and I will be more than happy to detail my experience.
I love this bank and every person who works here. They are friendly and personable. I appreciate many things about my neighborhood and this bank is one of them. Feels like a small town bank that knows me well but it’s in the middle of a big city.
