While the bank ultimately did not meet our operational needs, I want to specifically recognize Blanca Arellano, the Mockingbirfd Station office manager, for her outstanding professionalism and dedication. Interbank (previously Vintage) has been my primary bank for 25 years. It became my bank in Waxahachie and has continued since I moved to Dallas. I have banking relations with Chase , Frost and Wells Fargo . While all the banks do their job, interbank remains my go to bank because they know me by name, greet me like a friend when I walk in and always ask about life (work, new home, etc). My primary branch is in Dallas off Lovers Lane.

Ever wonder what it’s like to walk into a bank that is run by paranoia and bad manners, congratulations — InterBank is your answer. Their “security guard looks like he crawled out of hell, is rude as hell, and jealous of anybody that makes more than his five dollars an hour. He is probably the most uncouth security guard I’ve ever seen. And then there’s her — the mean, old lady who apparently runs the branch with an iron fist and zero warmth. Amazing! Great customer service. Always friendly and helpful. They know their customers and have stopped a fraudulent check from being cashed.

This bank has a Rude mid 70’ish year old female manager that sits in the first office, totally incapable of deescalating situations, and with a condescending and humiliating tone towards customers. Wow… someone talk to her please. It doesn’t matter which type of business they are conducting, they should be treated with respect. If management wishes to contact me, please post email here and I will be more than happy to detail my experience.
