I previously banked with InterBank for MPower Girls Camp, a nonprofit organization. While the bank ultimately did not meet our operational needs, I want to specifically recognize Blanca Arellano, the Mockingbirfd Station office manager, for her outstanding professionalism and dedication. Ever wonder what it’s like to walk into a bank that is run by paranoia and bad manners, congratulations — InterBank is your answer. Their “security guard looks like he crawled out of hell, is rude as hell, and jealous of anybody that makes more than his five dollars an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. This bank is leaving signs on peoples cars for a “warning” if you are parked in a sugar and sage/interbank space. I called to let InterBank know that I did in fact go to Sugar and Sage and now I have to deal with a huge green sticker on my car door window. The manager, Sherry, was defensive, rude, argumentative and horrible to deal with. Instead of apologizing, she started arguing with me on the phone and telling me that she has every right to tow me.
