Totally let my mother steal $30,000 out of his account won't give me trust documents that I signed over there said they knew nothing about it. I can't even get a branch manager's name to make a complaint. It's going to be bad
If I could do no stars I would. I been depositing my sons check at same company he’s been working for in my account for 2+ months now. And today that told me I haven’t, sorry folks I have the deposit history yes it has been done on numerous occasions. I will be switching banks Monday morning. Great Plains is better anyways. Branch is Clinton Oklahoma and Elk Ciyy Oklahoma

It was one of the best banks i delt with at first and then they started freezing my card with every little purchase i did i dont understand why but im tired of it they need to fix whatever is causing this problem or lose business. Hate doing this but i want access to the money i earned
The bank is decent most of the time. You can't beat the hours of operation, but they screwed my Gf around recently and stuck her w/ a couple hundred bucks in chargez over some bogus bs...
