I've been an InterBank customer for over 40 years and I've lived at many locations in Oklahoma so I've experienced quite a few of their locations and uniformly the experience has been great. That's why I've kept them as my main bank for so long. customer service is good, people are really polite and helpful. Consider me a happy customer.
My house was flooded by a natural disaster. I received funds to fix my damage. The “officer” assigned to my account REFUSES to raise my debit limit because “he’s not seen previous activity to warrant the raise”. Well buddy I don’t have a habit or getting flooded. So I MUST do all my banking M-F between 9-4 so I can get a one time increase to use my card or best yet today, 25 minutes at a branch to get a cashiers check to have dollar amount DEDUCTED FOUR TIMES!!! And get NO CHECK as their printer won’t connect. No choice but ... read more
This bank is amazing. You will always talk with a human when you call
I cash my checks here from my job at my nursing home as my bank holds my check for 24 hours. The tellers here are very friendly and never give me a hard time unlike the location on Memorial where one teller does not like to cash checks for nonmembers and treats us like dirt. I am a health care provider and don’t appreciate her attitude and now I understand why that branch has no business. I thought about getting an account there as that branch is close to where I live but not after being treated so terrible multiple times! P... read more
Manager Ben Nichols was less than helpful. Argumentative with me. I have banked with Union Bank, now Interbank since 1981. I have never experienced such poor customer service. If your Bank Branch now closes at 5:00 change the Marquee on the outside of the Bank so that your customers know the new hours. Ben didn't even know what sign I was talking about even though he stated he was the locations Manager. I drove 45 minutes in stand still traffic to deposit several checks and the location was closed.
