I am a non customer and because of the pandemic the lobby is closed, but non customers cannot cash a check in the drive-thru so for someone who doesn't have a bank account but was written a check by one of their customers and can't cash a check there because the lobby is closed due to the pandemic what am I supposed to do. On top of that the lady who tells me that was rude and disrespectful. My mother has diminished capacity. Yesterday, I went to the bank with all the Necessary paperwork to help my mom. The banker took 2 hours but mistyped her name, said I could come to pick up paperwork later. I'm back today since mom is ill. Banker wants mom signature even though she witnessed yesterday that mom can't sign. I don't know if this banker is auditioning for a comedy show like the Keystone Cops or is really that clueless .

I visit this branch location 3-4 times per week and I must say it is a pleasure banking here. The staff is always eager to help you with a smile on their faces. Great service! Great place to bank!
