The staff in the bar were so friendly and walked around often to make sure everyone's drinks were full! The band was great as well well. The facilities were so clean!

As a person who is very connected to the event world, I cannot stress enough how wonderful this place is for weddings. It's truly the heart of historical Hico. Drake is one of the best venue managers I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Most of them actually hang out in an air conditioned office till the catering van pulls off the property lol. Nice old rock building. But there are NO CHAIRS. IF you get there early enough, you may be lucky enough to snag one of the chairs they have set on the side, as if we are school children. They do not allow you to bring your own. They are either too cheap or too lazy to even put up folding chairs. There are 2 sets of posts, right in front of the stage. This place is magical. Such a heart of Texas feel. Owner is so welcoming and kind, bartenders were so friendly, people had their dogs hangin out. Music sounded amazing. You have to check this place out again and again!

My Neice got married here this past weekend and IT WAS TOTALLY AWESOME... The Rustic Charm of HICO HALL is THE BEST.
