I purchased this unit from fireplace unlimited in 2015 and I’ve had nothing but problems with the unit. It is a superior unit and I’ve had fireplace unlimited back again on March 10 this year. I was told two years ago that they didn’t need to come back for four years but 18 months later they’re back. The unit was cleaned and serviced again for another $165 and upon the service man leaving within five days I had another problem.
