If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly discourage anyone to use this builder. He comes off as a really nice guy and can get you whatever you want but flakes halfway through the project( which took 2.5 years to get halfway through) because he is wanting 200+ thousand more to finish the house. He is a true con artist. BEWARE!
