Pre approved for $400k as preferred lender with Carefree Homes. We backed up from the contract because the property was not worth it the price and found another one, we stayed with City Bank and Mr. Guido took retaliation against us for backing up from the Carefree contract… dragged his feet to request the appraisal so we miss the closing date. I do not have enough words to thank our loan officer AJ (Alonzo Vega) He is super hard working and answers all your questions in a timely manner. It was our first time buying a home and he made sure we knew exactly what was happening during the entire loan process. Very polite, professional and helpful!! I worked with Sam G. in El paso and it was a great experience. He worked on my loan like it was a loan for himself is how I saw it. He made himself available and helped us 100 percent from start to finish. There is not one thing I would have changed about how he worked with us to get our home loan.
