Worst Lender ever. He was rude to the title company and rude to me. We were never told that we would not be making closing on time. When I called and asked why we weren’t told this he told me to give him a break and don’t give him that and to call the title company. He put the blame on someone else instead of apologizing for the inconvenience and trying to explain what happened wouldn’t. But when he needed something from us, we responded promptly. Sam Guido took care of the whole loan process for my client and was great at keeping me in the loop. He stayed on top of every detail & locked in the rate before rates went up. Pre approved for $400k as preferred lender with Carefree Homes. We backed up from the contract because the property was not worth it the price and found another one, we stayed with City Bank and Mr. Guido took retaliation against us for backing up from the Carefree contract… dragged his feet to request the appraisal so we miss the closing date.
