Over the past couple of months we have been working with Linda Ingram and City Bank on a loan for a property in Ruidoso. I’ve worked with lots of banks and mortgage folks over the years and I can tell you, it’s not always easy. The service we received at City Bank was outstanding. Linda’s knowledge and responsiveness made the process easy and stress free. If you are a Texan looking to buy property in New Mexico, she is the person to call. I’m glad we did.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of working with Linda at City Bank as we purchased our home in Austin, Texas. He was in Illinois and I was in Texas so it was a bit challenging getting the documents signed and in order in a timely manner but she was so helpful and patient. I would highly recommend Linda and her staff at City Bank Mortgage for home financing needs.

Michelle Monroe at City Bank was the best lender I've ever worked with. She takes being a lender to whole new lever. Not only did she work with me over the past year to get my finances to the right place, she gave me the confidence to BELIEVE I could do it. And I did.
