Unfortunately after hearing that Citibank donated the 10 commandments to all Frenship schools here in Lubbock, I will never bank with them. Separation of church and state has turned into a myth. Keep your agenda out of public schools.

I was looking to refinance an investment property when an investor friend on mine recommended me City bank. So, I went to their website and applied for a loan. I can honestly say I had a great experience during my home loan process. Bob Rowten at Citi Bank explained the process and guided me through it. He was professional, knowledgeable, kind & patient. He helped me get a fair rate at the current market rates. I would definitely recommend City bank for anyone looking for a home loan.

I've been a customer of City Bank for many years and I have never had anything but great service from them. Whether it's the drive up window or inside or talking to them by phone, everyone is very friendly and helpful. It's so nice to know there are still friendly, helpful businesses who care about their customers.
