Great location! Highly recommend. Taylor helped with getting me a new debit card when I had fraud on mine. He made the process easy and helped me get back to spending!
I'm really disappointed in this bank and their customer service. I have banked with Citybank for over 13 years. I have my business bank account and personal bank account and savings with them. I dont know what it is about this branch but the tellers are rude and some of the staff. They dont seem happy or happy to help you. I'm going to quit coming to this location. The one on Milwaukee is way better as far as customer service.
When I lost my debit card while doing some shopping, I popped into the Kingsgate branch because it was close. They quickly had one team member to Hot Card my lost card and another team member get me a new one. It was like making a pit stop with a race car! I was out of the branch and back to my shopping in just a few minutes. These guys really know the meaning of team work. Thank you so much.
My mom has been with them for yearsss and they did her dirty with her money! Don’t go to city bank they are a bad bank to bank with.
