Worst customer service experience ever. I called the bank and started speaking in Spanish, clearly explaining what I needed. The representative understood me, but then said, “There’s no one who speaks Spanish, call tomorrow after nine,” even though I had already explained myself clearly. When I switched to perfect English, the person just said, very rudely, “Hold on,” and then transferred me straight to a voicemail that wasn’t even available before hanging up. Worst customer service every time! Employees reflect upper management and it is sad! Employees in drive trough windows can barely read and comprehend the information provided.

I got a check from this bank and thought it would be just easier to cash it physically with them. Worst mistake. Check came under my name as well as the name of my wife. The lady told me I needed both signatures. Got both our signatures on the check. Came by today, now saying that both people need to be present. We work different schedules, make it impossible to go at the same time. The lady told me that if I didn’t like it, to go to my bank. Applied for a mortgage - zero communication from the mortgage consultant, no email (other than automated), no phone call, no text, no response to my voicemail. Checked the site and said my application was closed with no explanation. I went here because the Texas Veterans Land Board has them listed as a preferred lender. Go somewhere else if you want a mortgage, there’s more lenders who work with VLB.
