When I first opened my account with City Bank back in February 2024, I was NOT told that in order to have a free account you have to keep at least $300 in your Saving account, and I was told anything about when I would be receiving my bank card or debt. After a month with no bank card, I called the customer service about getting the card then they said that I could have gotten it the location when I opened the account. Moved out of state, lost my card. Called and ordered a new one. Was told it was going to be two weeks. At the 3 week mark I called them and was informed that nobody put in for me to have a new card sent out. Fabulous, right? Explained that I had rent due in two days. They said the best they could do was expedite my package which would take 5-7 business days. Like it wasn't my fault that the card never showed up. If I could close this damn bank account I would
