I have two citi bank credit cards and wanted to use one to pay my property tax online. It was a few hundred short so I wanted to transfer a few hundred from one city bank card to the other. Citi bank refused. Chase bank did this with just one phone call and no issue. It's no wonder citi bank is going down meanwhile chase bank is doing much better. Citi bank is too narrow minded and doesn't know how to be considerate or adaptable for their customers, unlike chase bank.
The most inconsiderate and rude employees I’ve ever met. After going to help pay a car loan that was late, I realized they were charging her $290 in late fees. I asked why they are charging her 47% of her monthly payments in late fees. (almost half of her car payment) the loan officer came out of her office with a real negative attitude. “Due to you not being on the loan we will not tell you anything” in the most disrespectful tone.
