The security guards are more of a parking management company that like to harass customers.
I wish there was an option for zero stars. The branches in Lubbock were always so friendly and helpful. The Plano location is far from that. The employees were rude and couldn’t care less about customer service. Take your money elsewhere.
We moved to Plano from Lubbock (where City Bank is headquartered) and we worried that we would have to change banks since there is only one location near us. BUT we will never leave City Bank because Jill and Rosie always remember our names and give us the best customer service! They are friendly and take the time to remember facts and events about us and our family. We love the Plano location! And City Bank!
Loved the service when I lived nearby and had two wonderful employees, Rosie and Jill. Soon afterwards, customer service went to poo and I couldn't do anything I needed to do. I will never recommend this bank in the future.
Will give you the run around choose a different location or waste your gas and time. Customer service is well below average and no one wanted to speak or help me open a new account. What a waste of time and unfortunate loss of a potential customer.
