We lost our 12 year old dog Lila the day after my birthday. When I called on pricing, it was actually extremely reasonable. It made my heart feel more at ease when they told me that they did private cremations. They were extremely nice and sympathetic. I especially appreciated the sweet dog in the office. Getting to pet a dog that size again made the hard moments a little easier.
We had to put our ill family dog down, a little unexpectedly, which was very hard on us all. I spoke to Carla at Cimarron a few times, before and after the process and she was so helpful. We originally buried him in the backyard, which didn’t settle well with me, so I called and spoke to Carla and told her I had a weird question, she assured me, “Honey, first of all I’m sorry for your loss, but I promise you, I’ve heard some weird stuff before, I’m sure it’s not!” She was so sincere the entire time, told me to take all the t... read more
My sweet Taylor passed away July 3rd and Cimarron pet cemetery and crematory were absolutely above and beyond when it came to taking care of my big cowgirl. Every time I spoke with them they gave me their condolences, the two ladies that work there are angels for the people who have lost their dearly loved pets. I absolutely highly recommend them. Couldn’t be more greatful for these ladies it’s hard enough loosing a member of the family so to have 2 kind and caring souls help with the aftermath is a god send. I have trusted Cimarron twice now and they have never let me down. This place took my precious Baby Girl 15 years old and delivered above and beyond excellent service. This is the only place I will ever trust. We even drove 3.5 hours to have Cimarron take care of our sweet lil Baby.
