My sweet Taylor passed away July 3rd and Cimarron pet cemetery and crematory were absolutely above and beyond when it came to taking care of my big cowgirl. Every time I spoke with them they gave me their condolences, the two ladies that work there are angels for the people who have lost their dearly loved pets. I absolutely highly recommend them. Very disappointed when my son picked up my pets ashes today. Our corgi was put to sleep at Swann clinic in Amarillo and his body sent to this place. All they sent back was a bag with his ashes. When my other dog passed in February we took him to Furrever pet crematory here in Amarillo and they were wonderful. Got an ink nose and paw print, ceramic paw print and hair all in a nice box. I just had to cry because I have none of that for my baby. Will never use this place again.

I have trusted Cimarron twice now and they have never let me down. This place took my precious Baby Girl 15 years old and delivered above and beyond excellent service. This is the only place I will ever trust. We even drove 3.5 hours to have Cimarron take care of our sweet lil Baby.

We ordered cremation and the clay pawprints for our precious baby. Cimarron mistakingly did ink instead of clay. They argued with our vet saying it was their fault, even though the form was filled out correctly. It has been absolutely devastating for my husband and I. This was the one thing we were looking forward to receiving after waiting 8 weeks. I’m glad we have the ink prints but it’s not the same. I do not recommend this place. We unfortunately had to cremate three pets in three months. Two of which were sent here. It was the worse experience of my life. I was already traumatized from having to lose two of my dogs, and this place made it worse. I had to call several days after they were sent here just to get an update and make sure they had them. I was told it would take 8 weeks or more to get them back. They also charged per hair clipping, which was just thrown into a basic ziplock bag. The timeline was absurd to me.... read more
