Overall we are very pleased with our experience. I got my window quote right before July 4th and the order was placed right after the holiday. Brock Carson did the initial measuring & the quote write up. He was great to deal with and very knowledgeable. Windows came in at the end of September and were scheduled for installation 10/9-10/10. The glass techs and the work done was great. The doors are working well. Reaction time could have been a little better. It was several days before someone arrived. But it wasn't an emergency and I understand y'all are very busy. Thanks for the help.

I would definitely recommend this company!! They came out and measured our bathroom mirrors for an estimate the same day I called. They came back for more precise measurements when we accepted their bid and our mirrors were installed in that same week!! Very professional and work done was great!!

This company has terrible customer service. I showed up at my mom’s house after being told that they would be there at a specific date and time. They never showed up. I found out they closed the office for that week due to COVID. I was told they tried to call me to tell me it was cancelled. I never received a call and certainly wasn’t left a message on my voicemail. I guess that would be too easy. I had other issues with them prior to this as well.
