I had a recent visit to the Cypress location and Dr Johnson and Caroline provided excellent care! They made me feel like I’ve been knowing them for years, and it was my first visit with them. Dr Johnson keep up the amazing care and taking time to explain everything in detail to ensure I had the knowledge to make decisions regarding my horses care!

I can't say enough good things about the clinic, the doctors and everyone at this hospital. Dr Johnson and Dr Heite are extremely knowledgeable and do fantastic work. Everyone working here from the doctors, technicians and office staff cares as much for the owners as for the horses and they are awesome with providing education and follow-up support to ensure a great outcome. I feel very fortunate to have found them and for all of their help. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

I came to BV on Juergen Rd because Dr. Heite is there and I have enormous respect for him. Today, Dr. Heite wasn’t available to perform a pre-purchase exam but another vet was available. I was going to have this vet simply take the x-rays and have them sent to Dr. Heite who was traveling. When I arrived and met Dr. Johnson, I was immediately impressed by his willingness and ability to explain things in detail I could understand.
